Selection Process

The selection process is comprised of four steps, each of which will need to be successfully completed to move to the next:

Step 1 – CV selection
Our recruitment team will carefully review your application. If you are selected, you will be invited to the following steps.

Step 2 – Phone screening
You will have 2 phone calls to confirm your fit for the Programme. Firstly, a call with our Human Resources team from the country and entity you are applying for. You will discuss location details and local entity requirements. Some entities may require online tests to assess your verbal, numerical and abstract thinking skills. The second call will be with the Graduate Programme coordinator, in English.

Step 3 – First round of interviews
After the two previous steps, you will be invited for a round of 1 to 2 interviews.

Step 4 – Final round of interviews
The final step of the process is another round of interviews with senior team members.

Will the interviews include a practical exercise or business case?
While all participating entities follow the same structure, the content of each interview may vary. Please ask your local Human Resources team for more information on the content of interviews during the first call. Typically, during the interviews in steps 3 and 4 of the process, you may be asked to perform a practical exercise or business case, aligned with what we would expect from a candidate with your background. It is a great opportunity for you to showcase your problem-solving abilities and mental agility.

Will I receive feedback on the process?
You will receive feedback on your interviews (steps 3 and 4), upon request, from your local Human Resources team.
