Meet Diya, HR a final year student at B. R. Ambedkar University, Delhi. Diya is completing an internship in HR at Eurofins IT Solutions India.

What do you like best about Eurofins?
For someone who had no prior experience of the corporate world and always thought of it as a strict, hierarchal society, Eurofins changed my mind entirely by being the most vivacious organization to work at. Here, one is allowed to make mistakes and learn from them. The flexible working culture and balance allows you to work at your best, without any pressure. There wouldn’t a better place than Eurofins for a fresher to begin their corporate journey.

What is your favorite thing about your job?
As an intern at Eurofins, my favorite thing about my job are my mentors, who helped me adjust to this new environment quicker than expected. There hasn’t been a day where I felt helpless or alone at work. They help you out even before you express the need to. These gestures have helped me take up initiatives without any fear of failure.
In a short span of two months, I have worked on unique projects, leading to global exposure at such a young age. This has not only helped me improve my corporate skills, but has also built the confidence I never knew I had in me.

What does a typical day look like for you ?
Every day at Eurofins brings new challenges and learnings. Attending virtual meetings and trainings brings in a sense of how the real office would feel, if I was able to physically step into the ‘fun office’ everyone talks about.

I work in varying fields of Human Resources, from A to Z. This holistic experience hones my overall skills. I am very grateful to be a part of Eurofins family. You will never be bored here, that’s my word!
