What do you like most about Eurofins?
I like how well organized all processes are at Eurofins, be the IT or HR-related processes. The management is always keen on keeping its employees well informed about internal announcements, which ensures that there is no ambiguity and all activities are carried out smoothly and promptly.
What does a typical day look like for you?
I work on test automation scripts. My main responsibility is to analyze the test cases and develop an efficient code to validate the required scenarios, thereby inspecting that crucial areas of the application are working as expected. Each day presents new challenges, and my ultimate goal is to overcome these challenges by finding a solution to them and thus hone my skills furthermore.
How would you describe the Eurofins culture?
Eurofins has a welcoming and supportive culture. I remember how warm and welcoming everyone was when I first started out my career with Eurofins. This helped me transit from a learning phase to a more empowered, project handling phase. If one has any suggestions or new ideas which benefit the organization, they can freely discuss them.
