What do you like most about Eurofins?
The best thing about Eurofins is that it provides a wide range of flexibility in terms of the working environment, along with the friendliest and most approachable colleagues here. The culture here prioritizes my work-life balance such that I can tailor the role to fit my life outside the office as well. Not to mention, the 100% support that Eurofins provides to its employees during this deadly pandemic is applaudable.
What does a typical day look like for you?
I work as a Business Intelligence developer. Since I am a fresher to the IT world, every single day is a new gateway towards learning and enhancing my professional as well as personal growth. I am always welcome to share my thoughts, new ideas or suggestions. The workday goes by quickly and no two days are exactly alike. I am always surrounded by insightful, optimistic and goal-driven colleagues across all levels of seniority, which nourishes my productivity. I also get a chance to connect with people with diverse ways of thinking around the globe.
How would you describe the Eurofins culture?
Eurofins provides transparency towards its operations and plans. Employees are always welcome to contribute their efforts and have sufficient freedom in the workplace. Lots of activities are arranged for employees to enhance their mental and physical well-being. One good thing that I would highlight is the quick acknowledgement of queries or issues by the senior management.
