What do you like most about Eurofins?
Working at Eurofins is not just about the tasks assigned to you and completing your work but about the space given to you to express your ideas, share your experiences, expand your knowledge and find new ways to unwind from the stress. You are always given an open stage to explore new areas and build something new for the benefit of the team or just for personal development. You are always appreciated for your hard work and efforts and guided in the right direction if you are ever in doubt or stuck. The work environment at Eurofins is great and definitely one of my favorite things here.
What's your favorite thing about your job?
I believe that first experiences play a vital role in our lives and when it comes to our career, the early experiences offered to us in a way sets our perspective towards the company and the profession. I will always be grateful to my manager and the team for a seamless integration and making my first experience a wonderful one. It makes me happy when I realize that I am contributing to something that is helping our people and customers and making their lives better. So, my favorite thing about my job is that it gives me a new experience and lessons every day, and a chance to prove to myself that I am better than I think.
Any advice for future graduates?
It might seem very different and overwhelming at first, but I'd say: hang in there and give yourself a chance to slowly adapt and be absorbed into the process. Stay determined and do not hesitate to seek help. Always let your ideas be known and never forget to make time for yourself and the things that relax your mind! Good Luck!
